-196°C – Experiments with liquid nitrogen

Nitrogen, which makes up more than 78% of the air (%), is colourless, odourless, and inert. In contrast, fascinating experiments can be carried out with extremely cold liquid nitrogen – at minus 196°C. During the presentation, we will observe how everyday materials behave at such low temperatures, we will produce liquid oxygen, and we will build a nitrogen-powered rocket.

We recommend the performance for ages 9 and up.
