Psychology and eating

Dr. Attila Forgács is a clinical psychologist, a lecturer at Pannon University, and one of the founders of domestic gastro-psychology. In his lecture, he discusses psychology through eating. This is because food not only has caloric value but also significant emotional value. His book, "The Psychology of Eating," has been published in 6 editions by Akadémiai Kiadó. He has had 400 media appearances on the topic.
