We are all surrounded by radioactive materials of natural and\/or artificial origin, and ionising radiation. Are we at a disadvantage, meaning, how much radiation is our friend exposed to? How much radiation do we receive on a plane journey? Where should we go on a date, is the radiation higher outdoors or indoors, do all building materials radiate? More than half of the radiation exposure is caused by radon, yet many trust in its healing effects. Is it an elixir in thermal baths and a bogeyman in our homes? Why did people consume radioactive foods in the past, why were radioactive cosmetics used? Does radiation really increase potency (every age has its own Viagra)? How much radiation does an X-ray or a CT scan cause? Did the early atomic bomb tests have an effect in Hungary?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
