Career and Student Services Centre
Our centre aims to support young people on their path to a successful career, starting from primary and secondary school years. We assist with conscious decision-making through career guidance, and during their university years, we offer our students information services, individual career and psychological counselling, and skills development workshops, all while helping them transition into the labour market.
Career guidance, career counselling
For those facing career choices, we offer personalised discussions that develop self-awareness, map out strengths, and allow us to jointly plan the path to your goals.
Learning support
We help with concentration, effective learning, and exam preparation through personalised consultations and interactive workshops.
Free psychological counselling
In difficult periods of our lives, our supportive professionals help us cope and move forward in a safe, confidential environment.
Competency development programmes
Our experience-based workshops focus on three key areas to provide opportunities for development. Through our hard skills workshops for the job market, our participants can acquire practical knowledge that aids employment, while in our soft skills workshops, they can develop their communication, conflict management, and time management skills. Furthermore, we place special emphasis on supporting mental well-being, so that by strengthening their self-awareness, they can approach future challenges with greater balance and confidence.
Job opportunities
We maintain active relationships with our partner companies, who advertise their internship positions and full-time job openings to university students through our centre, while at the Pannon Job Fair they connect directly with our students.
Come to us with confidence if you need support with career choices.

Dual Training Centre
The University of Pannonia considers practice-oriented education to be of paramount importance, with dual training being a key element. The training model, coordinated by the Centre for Dual Training, provides students with the opportunity to gain professional experience in real working environments at our industry partners alongside their studies. Students can work at partner companies for the entire duration of their studies, thereby entering the labour market with competitive knowledge and marketable practical skills.
The Dual Training Centre's task is to establish and nurture cooperation with corporate partners, and we continuously support students on their dual training path throughout the entire period, helping them to coordinate academic and workplace requirements.
With a decade of experience, we have developed a service-oriented approach that ensures smooth collaboration between students, corporate partners, and the university, fostering the launch of successful professional careers.
